Q:  What type of file do you prefer?

We prefer an Adobe Acrobat pdf file. Other acceptable files include:
Jpeg, Eps, Word Doc., MS Publisher, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign. Other files may not be accepted.

Q:  How can I place a re-order?

Q:  What paper stock do you print on?

With AgIPrintCopy.com, we offer extensive lines of paper choices to fit you need. Our Business Cards are printed on 14-point or 16-point glossy card stock with UV coating on the color side(s). We also offer 70# bright white offset on full color letterhead and envelopes. Digital color and black and white are offered from 20# bright white to 100# glossy paper. Q:  What kind of press do you use?

We use Heidelberg sheet-fed press with an aqueous coater for offset printing and the latest in Canon , Minolta and Xerox equipment for digital color and black/white.

Q:  What kind of inks do you use?

Our products are printed with four-color inks: (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black).

Color density less than 15% may not print. Please convert your color printing document(s) to CMYK and your black/white document(s) to grayscale.

Q:  Can I request a spot color?

Yes. Please call our customer service to request your job be printed to our available spot colors list. Or, if you are looking for a specific color, use the Pantone Color Chart and tell us your color choices using the PMS numbers from the chart.

Q:  Can I write or print on UV coating?


Q:  What kinds of varnish (coating) do you use?

Depending on what product you are ordering, it will either have aqueous coating or UV coating.

Q:  Can I place an order for a custom job online?

Yes. We are happy to accommodate your request. Please call our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

Q:  When preparing press-ready digital files, what size should I build my file to?

Please build your press-ready digital files to bleed size by adding 0.125" for all products.

Q:  What is the required bleed?

Our bleed is 0.125" added to each overall dimension. Files not built correctly may delay the order, or may add costs.

Q:  Do you have any templates?

Q:  Do you have any clip-art that I can use for project?

No. We can build a layout for you at an additional cost. Please call our customer service for pricing.

Q:  How are the orders shipped?

Most orders are shipped by UPS. Customer will have a choice for express delivery by selecting that option or will call option by entering 0000 in the coupon code box. If your address is a post office box, we will contact you for other shipping option.

Q:  Can I cancel or change my order?

AgIPrintCopy.com will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. (15%-30% of total transaction) Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, or Graphic design services.

Q:  What if I am not satisfied with my order?

AgIPrintCopy.com is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors supplied by the customer.

Q:  What is your return policy?

Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

Customer must notify AgIPrintCopy.com within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.

All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
